Our supreme range of mozzarella and pizza cheese is made at our site in Wales using the traditional Italian method of Pasta Filata. The curd is heated and stretched before forming the final cheese for a moisture rich texture that is ideal for cooking. The ultimate melt, dependable taste and the characteristic stringy properties makes our mozzarella and pizza cheese a firm customer favourite.

Curved cut, grated cheese is the most common format of cheese that is used worldwide for a plethora of applications; from pasta to pizza and sandwiches to jacket potatoes; and is perfect for when a ‘quick melt’ is required.
Thicker than grated, shredded cheese is straight cut and looks like long strips. Shredded cheese is generally used as an ingredient and mixed with other elements, or it is used as a topping for foods including pizza, pasta dishes and sandwiches.
Diced cheese is particularly useful to customers who require a level distribution and an even melt in their applications.
